【摘要】 目的评价健康教育对社区高尿酸血症患者疾病了解、行为、饮食结构和生活质量的影响。方法对45例社区高尿酸血症患者通过问卷方式实施健康教育。结果高尿酸血症患者对疾病有关知识的了解及康复知识明显高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.001)。结论实施健康教育能帮助高尿酸血症患者获得更多的高尿酸血症知识,养成健康的生活习惯,提高自我保健意识和建立良好的遵医行为,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on patients with hyperuricemia in community so as to help them understand etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and therapeutic prin-ciples,behavior,diet structure and life about hyperuricemia.Methods Health education was carried-out by means of distributing questionaires to 45 patients with hyperuricemia in community.Results It showed that health education can increase the knowledge about hyperuricemia,behavior,diet structure and life of the surveyed patients significantly.Conclusion Health education can help patients acquire more knowledge about hyperuricemia,and form a good living habit.It can also help increase the pa-tients’ compliance of receiving treatment,decrease the risk of recurrence,and improve quality of their lives.更多还原
