焦虑抑郁患者的心率变异性特点

【摘要】 目的探讨焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的植物神经功能的变化。方法测定焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的心率变异性的时域、频域指标,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的心率变异性时域、频域指标均明显低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),并且以迷走神经指标下降尤为明显。结论焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者存在心率变异性植物神经功能的紊乱和心率变异性的降低;焦虑、惊恐患者比抑郁患者更需尽早发现植物神经功能紊乱引起的病变。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes on autonomic nervous function of the patients with anxiety disorder,panic disorder or depressive disorder. Methods The heart rate variability(HRV) of the patients with anxiety disorder,panic disorder or depressive disorder were tested and compared with the normal controls. Results Index of time or frequency analysis of HRV in the patients with anxiety dis- order,panic disorder or depressive disorder is lower than those in the normal controls(P<0.01), especially in parasympathetic nervous condition. Those disorder of the patients with anxiety disorder, panic disor- der was more significant than that in the patients with depressive disorder. Conclusions The autonom- ic nervous function of the patients with anxiety disorder, panic disorder or depressive disorder is disor- dered and their HRV was lower than that in the normal controls (P<0.01). The disorder of the patients with anxiety disorder,panic disorder is more significant than that in the patients with depressive disor- der, in which we should detect the disease caused by the disorder of autonomic nervous function.
