【摘要】 目的探讨阿魏酸钠对轻、中度慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者肾小管功能的保护作用。方法60例慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者随机分为两组,对照组予降压、降尿蛋白、降肌酐及纠正水电解质紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外再给予阿魏酸钠注射液400mg/d×14d静脉注射,比较两组患者治疗前、后尿视黄醇蛋白(RBP)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)及肾功能的改变。结果两组肾功能均明显好转,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组肾小管功能指标RBP、CysC、α1-MG、β2-MG均显著降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论内皮素受体抑制剂阿魏酸钠可延缓CRF者肾小管功能的恶化。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the protective effects of Sodium Ferulate on tubular function in chronic renal failure(mild to moderate degree) patients.Methods Sixty patients with chronic kidney disease were enrolled and randomly divided into the routine group(reducing the blood pressure,proteinuria and serum creatinine,keeping balance of water and electrolytes) and the treatment group(add Sodium Ferulate 400 mg·d-1 for 14days).Urinary RBP,α1-MG,β2-MG,CysC and Serum creatinine were measured before and after the treatment.Results The renal function in both groups was improved but there was no statistical difference between these two groups.The level of all parameters of renal tubular function,RBP and CysC,α1-MG,β2-MG,declined in the treatment group.Compared with the routine group,there was significant statistical difference P<0.05 or P<0.01.Conclusion Sodium Ferulate has significant effects on improving the renal tubular function in the chronic renal failure patients.更多还原
