【摘要】 目的探讨C6横突入路小儿臂丛神经阻滞的效果。方法103例不合作患儿在基础麻醉下行C6横突入路小儿臂丛神经阻滞,注入0.25%布比卡因+地塞米松2.5mg混合药液(布比卡因用量按1.5～2mg/kg)。结果阻滞效果优89例(86.4%),良10例(9.7%),优良率96.1%。结论C6横突入路小儿臂丛神经阻滞是一种效果可靠,简便易行的良好麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the efficacy of the pedo-brachiplex nerve block per the sixth transverse process of cervical vertebra approach.Methods A total of 103 pedo- patients which had noncooperation were taken by the brachiplex nerve block per the sixth transverse process of cervical vertebra approach,on the circumstances of basal anesthesia.All of them were injected into by the the mixed physic liquor that it was consisted of 0.25% bupivacaine(1.5mg～2mg/kg) and Dexamethasone 2.5mg.Results The efficacy of block of 89 cases(86.4%) was excellent,that of 10 cases(9.7%) was good.And the tatol well rate was 96.1%.Conclusion The efficacy of the pedo-brachiplex nerve block per the sixth transverse process of cervical vertebra approach was a safety,good and convenient anaesthesia method.更多还原
