【摘要】 目的探讨侧开胸手术后疼痛防治的综合方法。方法选择83例侧开胸手术患者,术中采用综合方法减轻术后疼痛。记录术后并发症发生率、患侧肢体活动情况、术后3d哌替啶用量、患者住院时间。结果术中应用综合方法,术后患者肺不张、肺感染发生率明显下降,住院时间缩短,无一例患侧肩关节活动障碍,术后3d哌替啶用量明显减少。结论侧开胸术中采用综合方法对预防术后严重胸痛效果明显且易于掌握,值得提倡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the method to prevent and cure the pain after latero-thoracotomy.Methods We treat 83 patients with synthesis methods to decrease pain after latero-thoracotomy.We evaluate the rate of complication,ability of morbid-lateral limb,consume of pethidine within 3 days and length of stay.Results After treating with synthesis methods,the rate of pulmonary atelectasis and pneumonia decreased apparentely.The length of stay and consume of pethidine within 3 days were decreased also.No disturbance of limb ability occurred.Conclusion Treating patients with synthesis methods during latero-thoracotomy can prevent severe pain after surgery.更多还原
