【摘要】 目的观察健康教育对临界高血压的作用。方法将156例临界高血压患者随机分为两组。教育组采取针对性健康教育,并每周进行随访指导、记录血压水平测血压1次/w;对照组每周测血压一次并记录。结果教育组血压显著下降,对照组血压略有上升,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论通过健康教育达到了稳步降压的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic significance of health education in the borderling hypertension. Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with borderling hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The education group was given the health education, measured blood pressare and followed up every week. Results The blood pressare of the cases in education group dropped from a prior level of （145.8+₃.2）/（94.2+₁.8）mmHg to （128.2+₂.7）/（80.2+₁.4）mmHg and the contral group was going up little. There were remarkable differences between the two groups （P>0.01）. Conclution The health education has a curativeeffect on the blood pressure for borderling hypertension.更多还原
