【摘要】 高校贫困学生新的资助政策体系在原有的基础上,在教育投入、资助强度、覆盖范围、资助水平都有显著提高。但是这个体系也存在诸多问题,譬如,对贫困学生缺乏客观、科学的界定标准,资助体系缺乏外部救助与内在关怀相结合,对大学生勤工俭学活动缺乏制度性保障,生源地助学贷款开展缺乏具体而有效的措施等。本文通过分析存在的问题,并有针对性地提出政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new system of aid policy to the underprivileged college students has been greatly improved in educational investment,aid intensity,aid range,and aid level compared with the former basis.However,this system still exist quite a few problems,for instance,lacking of objective and scientific standards to define underprivileged college students,short of a combination between external aid and internal solicitude,no system to guarantee the students’ work and study,no specific and effective measures to start aid-study loan at the source.This paper is putting forward corresponding proposals by analyzing the existing problems.更多还原
