【摘要】 采用自编问卷对我国篮球教练员进行调查,对我国篮球教练员胜任特征的特点进行分析,研究表明我国篮球教练员的绩效、执教年限、性别三方面在个人特质、临场指挥和进取/战略维度上存在显著性的绩效的主效应;在领导行为维度上存在显著性差异的是性别主效应;在临场指挥、人际关系维度上存在显著的执教年限主效应。在临场指挥因子上,执教年限和绩效产生交互作用,并对其特点进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the questionnaire testing the basketball coaches in China,the authors analyze the competency of these coaches.The result shows that the performance,the length of service of coaches and the gender of coaches,have main effects on the personal particularity,scene command and enterprise/tactic dimensions;The gender has main effects on the leader’s behavior dimensions;the length of service of coaches has main effect on the direction in the game,communicating dimensions.As to the factor of scene command,the length of service and performance has the inter-action.更多还原
