【摘要】 吸烟是青年学生中较为普遍存在的问题,尤其体育专业学生的吸烟率明显高于非体育专业的学生。作者介绍了基础药理学实验教学中,通过指导学生自行研制简易的烟碱提取装置,并将其应用于观察香烟对小鼠的毒性作用,以便为学生了解吸烟对人体带来的危害提供实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Smoking is a very common problem among college students.Especially the smoking rate of sports professional students is significantly higher than that of non-sports professional students.This paper introduced that the toxic effect of cigarettes on mice can be observed through a simple nicotine extraction device,which provides experimental evidence to understand harm of smoking to health in pharmacology experimental teaching of physical education college.更多还原
