【摘要】 课题研究以616名中小学教师为被试,采用典型相关方法考察教师压力、社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。结果显示,教师的社会支持可以缓冲职业压力带来的消极结果,缓解职业倦怠的程度。这一过程中,社会支持主要通过缓冲学生因素、家庭人际、自我发展方面的压力来缓解职业倦怠。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research has selected 616 elementary and middle school teachers as research object and adopted canonical correlation analysis to inspect the relationship among teacher’s stress,social support and occupational ennui.The results show that teachers’social supports act as a buffer against the negative effect of the stress,and it can relieve the degree of occupational ennui.更多还原
