【摘要】 目的探讨低场MRCP快速屏气序列的应用技术及效果评价。方法收集我院通过利用Ge Signa Profile 0.2TMR成像系统,对25例临床初诊为梗阻性黄疸患者进行了MR平扫+MRCP(单次激发FseT2WI快速屏气扫描检查),将其影像表现与临床及病理诊断对照分析,以评价低场MRCP的应用价值。结果25例梗阻性黄疸均能较好显示肝内外胆道系统,所有病例均经一次扫描成像,基本能够满足诊断要求。结论利用低场磁共振进行MRCP检查,具有无创伤,安全,简单易行,可准确显示梗阻部位,并能判断引起梗阻原因等优点,基本可以达到高场磁共振扫描的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application and evaluation of low field MRCP(magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography).Methods Using the imaging system of Ge Signa Profile 0.2 TMR,25 patients diagnosed as obstructive jaundice were examined with the enhancement MR and MRCP.The result was compared with the imaging presentation,clinic and pathology,so as to evaluate the applied value of low field intensity MRCP.Results 25 patients with obstructive jaundice can display intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts system.All the cases were examined by only on scanning.It can satisfy the requirement of clinical diagnosis basically.Conclusions There are many advantages of low field intensity MRCP,such as no trauma,safety,simplicity,indicating the obstructive position and judging the obstructive cause.It can basically achieve the effects of the high field magnetic MRI diagnosis.更多还原
