【摘要】 目的本研究对老年性股骨干骨折采用闭合复位或结合有限切开复位LISS钢板内固定的患者进行临床分析。方法从2002年至2007年对17例65岁以上股骨干骨折的患者采用复位后LISS钢板内固定系统治疗,其中男性7例,女性10例,骨折发生时平均年龄为71岁,对这些患者进行临床评估。结果随访平均持续时间为14个月(7～26个月),所有患者骨折愈合时间平均3.6月,本组病例没有使用同种异体骨条或自体骨植骨,没有出现并发症。结论LISS钢板在治疗老年性股骨干骨折时显示出相对于其他类型钢板的优势。微创的操作减少对骨折端血运的破坏,减低骨折不愈合等并发症,同时在这类骨质疏松性骨折中锁钉显示出良好的固定能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of close reduction or less open reduction with less invasive stabilization system(LISS)internal fixation in senile patients with femoral fracture.Methods 17 cases with femoral fracture(7 men and 10 women with an average fracture age of 71 years)from 2002 to 2007 were treated with LISS.The curative effects were assessed.Results The follow-up of 7 to 26 months(mean 14 months)showed that the average healing time of fractures was 3.6 months.No allograft or autograft was utilized,and no complications occurred in all cases.Conclusions LISS gains an advantage over other types of plates in the treatment of senile femoral fractures.The less invasive operation can reduce the destruction of blood circulation in the fracture,decreases the incidence rate of complications such as fracture disunion,and offer good pullout resistance in such types of osteoporosis fracture.更多还原
