【摘要】 目的观察糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)改变。方法选取72例糖尿病并发脑梗死患者行TCD检查,分别经颞窗、枕窗常规检测两侧大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)。结果72例患者中TCD正常5例(6.9%),异常67例(93.1%)。主要为颅内大动脉血流速度加快、减慢、血管杂音、血管音频消失。结论糖尿病并发脑梗死患者TCD检查发现脑血流有显著改变,对脑梗死治疗及预防脑梗死复发提供了可靠的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of transcranial Doppler(TCD) finding in diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods 72 cases of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction were selected and examined by TCD.MCA,ACA,PCA,VA and BA were carried routine check by temporal bones and pulvinar respectively.Results Among 72 cases,the TCD finding were normal in 5 cases(6.9%) and abnormal in 67 cases(93.1%).Cardinal symptoms were: speeding up or stepping down of blood flow rate in intracranial conducting arteries,vascular murmur,and disappearance of acoustic frequency.Conclusions The significant changes of cerebral blood flow by TCD is helpful to the treatment of cerebral infarction and prevention of recurrence in patients of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.更多还原
