【摘要】 目的探讨单纯性大隐静脉曲张的微创治疗。方法总结2003年5月-2007年5月我科收治的单纯性大隐静脉曲张患者48例,共56条患肢,均采用顺行剥脱联合点状抽剥术,对其临床资料进行分析。结果经此术后全部曲张静脉消失。2例大腿皮下出现条索状硬结,2例腹股沟切口下血肿,均于2~4个月内吸收软化,其余患者顺利康复。术后随访1~2年,无复发病例。结论顺行剥脱联合点状抽剥术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张是一种疗效确切的微创手术方法。为提高疗效,减少并发症的发生,应严格掌握手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment of simple varicosis of great saphenous vein by the minimally invasive.Methods From May 2003 to May 2007,48 cases with simple varicosis of great saphenous vein(a total of 56 limb) were treated by antegrade denudation combined pointed phlebectomy,and the clinical data were analyzed.Results All varicose veins disappeared after the treatment.Two cases were with cable-sclerosis in the skin of thigh;two cases were with hematoma in groin incision and absorbed in two to four months;and other patients recovered successfully.A follow-up of 1 to 2 years showed no recurrence cases.Conclusions The antegrade denudation combined pointed phlebectomy for the treatment of simple varicosis of great saphenous vein is an exact method of minimally invasive surgery.In order to enhance efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications,should be strictly surgery indications.更多还原
