【摘要】 目的通过与腹式子宫切除术(TAH)比较,探讨阴式子宫切除术(TVH)的优缺点及操作技巧。方法回顾分析102例TVH相关因素及并发症,并与同期124例TAH比较。结果TVH组均成功经阴道完成手术时间明显短于TAH组(P<0.001),术后肛门排气时间、住院时间明显少于TAH组(P<0.001);术中出血量略多于TAH组(P<0.01);并发症发生率及止痛剂运用次数明显少于TAH组(P<0.05)。结论TVH具有微创,手术时间短,恢复快,住院时间短,安全便利等优点,尤其适用于高血压、糖尿病、肥胖者。但对术者技术要求高,术者应具备一定的基本功和丰富的临床经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the benefits and outcomes of patients who were underwent transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH).Methods Clinical data of 102 patients underwent TVH were compared with 124 patients underwent transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH).The operative time,blood loss,recovery time of enterokinesia,man-times of analgesic used,surgical complications,and length of in hospital were compared between two groups respectively.Results Hysterectomy was completed in every patient.Operative time,time of enterokinesia recovery,and hospitalization time in TVH group were significantly shorter than that in TAH group(P<0.001).The amount of surgical blood loss was slightly more than that in TAH group(P<0.01),the rate of complications occurred during and after operating in TVH were obviously less than that in TAH(P<0.001).The frequency of analgesic utilization was obviously lower in TAH group than that in TAH(P<0.001).Conclusions The results demonstrate that transvaginal hysterectomy is a kind of safe and feasible method for many patients who long have been considered inappropriate candidates for vaginal hysterectomy.更多还原
