【摘要】 目的探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成时手术取栓的临床效果。方法对15例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者手术取栓的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经Fogarty导管取栓术后,大部分患者临床症状改善。术后静脉造影示:6例深静脉全程基本通畅,4例为深静脉短段闭塞,余呈全肢型静脉血栓。术后随访除3例仍有下肢明显肿胀外,其余病例无明显肿胀、浅静脉曲张、溃疡等,在循序减压护套的支持下能正常工作生活。结论对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者实行取栓术多能获得良好的效果,但术后远期通畅率有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of thrombectomy on patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of low extremity.Methods Clinical data of 15 cases after thrombectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases gained clinical effects.Postoperative phlebography showed: canalization was achieved in 6;4 cases were segmental complete obstruction;another 5 cases were still occluded in deep vein.Postoperative follow-up results:3 patents had lower limb swelling,lower limb swelling,superficial varicosis and abscess didn’t appeared in other patients,and they could live and work normally supported by sheath.Conclusions Surgical thrombectomy is necessary and important in treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.更多还原
