【摘要】 目的探讨慷舒灵与小剂量重组人生长激素(rhGH)局部治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法随机对38例糖尿病足患者局部使用慷舒灵与小剂量重组人生长激素进行临床治疗(治疗组),并与常规治疗组(常规组)对照,比较2组患者溃疡的愈合率和愈合时间。结果治疗组的溃疡治愈率明显高于常规组(P<0.01);且平均愈合时间较常规组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论慷舒灵与小剂量重组人生长激素局部治疗糖尿病足,可迅速控制溃疡的感染,促进肉芽组织生长,缩短愈合天数,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of SilvaSorb combined with small dose recombinant human Growth Hormone(rhGH) on diabetes foot.Methods 38 patients with diabetes foot were treated locally with SilvaSorb and rhGH(treated group),and campared with the routine treatment group,the concrescence rate and concrescence time of ulcer were compared between two groups.Results The concrescence rate of ulcer in treated group was higher than that in conventional group obviously(P<0.01);and the concrescence time of ulcer was shorter obviously in treated group than in conventional group(P<0.01).Conclusions The local treatment combined with SilvaSorb and small dose rhGH on diabetes foot can control the infection of ulcer rapidly,promote the growth of flesh tissue,shorten the concrescence time and enhance the cure rate.更多还原
