【摘要】 目的探讨几种类型角膜异物的临床诊治。方法回顾2006年1月-2006年12月56例角膜异物患者病例资料。对角膜异物进行定位分区,并就发患者群、诊断、治疗及预后等进行分析。结果发病多为16～50岁青壮年男性。角膜铁质金属异物占大多数43例,深层异物4例,多发异物1例及角膜异物误诊3例。大多数角膜异物预后良好。结论角膜异物是常见的临床眼表外伤,角膜异物应尽早取出,重视异物后的抗感染问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze several special types of corneal foreign bodies in clinical practice.Methods The clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of 63 eyes(56 patients) with foreign bodies on cornea were analyzed retrospectively.Results In these cases,most patients were middle-aged or young men between 16 and 50 years old.Main foreign bodies were iron.There were 4 cases of deep layer corneal foreign bodies and 1 case of multiple corneal foreign bodies.Three cases of misdiagnosis were in our list.Most patients had good prognosis.Conclusions Corneal foreign bodies are common ocular surface trauma.Foreign bodies should be taken out as early as possible.Anti-infection is also important.更多还原
