【摘要】 报告1例皮肤转移性印戒细胞癌。患者,女,56岁。躯干四肢多发疣状斑块1年半,左侧头面部疼痛5个月。右下眼睑肥厚性丘疹。组织病理检查示真皮散在或成片异型细胞浸润,核深染偏一侧,胞浆丰富,部分细胞呈印戒样。免疫组化示CK(+),AB/PAS(+)。诊断为皮肤转移性印戒细胞癌。骨髓活检组织病理示骨髓转移性印戒细胞癌。全身骨ECT示肿瘤全身骨转移。妇科B超示右侧附件区实质性包块为右卵巢转移可能。未能发现原发肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 56-year-old female patient presented with insidiously developed verruciform plaques on her trunk and extremities for one and a half year and hemialgia on her left side of head for 5 months.Signet-ring cell carcinoma was confirmed by histopathology of the skin lesion.Bone marrow biopsy showed infiltration of characteristic signet-ring cells.B-ultrasound demonstrated solid mass in right adnexa.The final diagnosis was signet-ring cell carcinoma with skin and bone metastases.The origin of the carcinoma was unknown.更多还原
