液化气脱硫醇工艺完善及节能减排要素分析
DISCUSSION ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF LPG SWEETENING PROCESS FOR ENERGY SAVING AND POLLUTION REDUCTION
【摘要】 液化气脱硫醇目前基本上采用Merox碱洗抽提和碱液空气氧化再生循环利用工艺。随着高含硫原油加工比例的上升以及液化气产量和综合利用率提高,液化气脱硫醇碱渣排放量大幅增加,对环保压力很大且增加了操作成本。调查了部分炼油厂同类装置运行情况,分析了生产过程的节能减排要素并提出了实现途径,即通过对脱硫醇工艺的整体优化,包括采用纤维液膜脱硫醇工艺提高脱硫醇过程的传质效率和分离效率,控制原料液化气胺液夹带量以避免对碱液的污染,对碱液再生单元进行技术创新,控制再生碱液中二硫化物浓度以延长剂碱使用周期等,可将碱渣排放率降低75%以上。
【Abstract】 At present,Merox alkali wash process and regeneration of alkaline with air oxidation is mainly used in liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)sweetening process.With the increase of processing high sulfur crude oil and the increase of LPG production and utilization,the discharge of alkaline waste builds up heavily,which leads to an environmental problem and an increase of running cost.In this paper,an investigation of similar units in various refineries was carried out and factors affected energy saving and pollution were analyzed.Finally,an integrative optimization of LPG sweetening process was proposed including adopting Fiber-film sweetening process to enhance the efficiency of mass transfer and separation,eliminating amine in LPG feed to avoid the pollution of alkaline,and reducing the disulfide content in regenerated alkaline to prolong the service life of alkaline.After completing these measures,the discharge rate of alkaline waste could be reduced over 75%.
