生物工程专业实验课程改革的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Biological Engineering Experiment Reform
【摘要】 随着高等学校扩大招生规模,高等院校的教学资源尤其是实验教学资源明显不足,导致学生动手能力较弱,无法满足社会需求。实验教学改革探索与实践的目的是巩固所学理论知识,加强基础实验训练,培养强化学生思维分析能力,培养学生的团队协作精神。因此,整合资源,调整课程结构;完善实践教学环节,促进教学相长;拓新考核模式。实验教学改革实践的具体步骤应该是整合相关实验课程,统一开设实验课;合理利用实验室,共享仪器设备资源,提高设备利用率。实验教学改革效果表明,显著地提高了实验室和仪器设备的利用率,显著增强了学生实验的动手能力。
【Abstract】 With the increasing enrollment in colleges and universities,teaching resources,those for experiment in particular are obviously inadequate,leading to weak ability of students’ practice.The aim of experimental teaching reform and practice is to consolidate the theory of knowledge,strengthen basic experimental training,strengthen training of students’ thinking ability,and cultivate the spirit of students’ teamwork.Therefore,suggestions are made,such as integration of resources,adjusting the structure of courses,perfecting practice teaching,increasing teaching and studying,and extension of new testing modes.Reform of experimental teaching should be the integration of relevant experimental courses,the creation of unified class,rational use of laboratory equipment to share resources and improve equipment utilization.Experimental results showed that the teaching reform significantly improved the utilization of laboratories and equipment,and significantly enhanced the practical ability of students.
