【摘要】 目的探讨小切口白内障非超声乳化白内障手术的效果和特点。方法对白内障行小切口白内障非超声乳化手术的52例52眼进行回顾性分析。结果术后视力均较术前有不同程度的提高,术后并发症发生率及严重程度并不比白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术高。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术能有效地提高视力,是一种安全、有效的治疗白内障的手术,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect and characteristics of non-supersonic emulsification with small incision in cataract surgery.Methods The clinical data of cataract surgery with small incision non-supersonic emulsification carried out in 52 eyes of 52 cases were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results The sight vision was significantly increased in varying degree after the operation in comparison with that of pre-operation,and the incidence rate of complications and the degree of severity were not higher than those of extracapsular cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation.Conclusion The small incision non-supersonic emulsification cataract surgery can effectively enhance the vision.It is a kind of safe and effective treatment for cataract surgery,and it is worthy to be recommended for widespread clinical application.更多还原
