【摘要】 目的评价颌间牵引加钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的效果。方法对67例下颌骨骨折中行颌间牵引加钛板坚强内固定。结果66例患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合,仅1例创口延期愈合。所有患者咬合关系及张口度均恢复良好。结论颌间牵引加钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果可靠,创伤少,是较为理想的下颌骨骨折治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of mandible fractures treated with intermaxillary traction and rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplates.Methods 67 cases of mandible fractures treated by intermaxillary traction and rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplates.Results All cases were healed by first intention except 1 case with postponed heal up.The occlusion and mouth opening in all patients were satisfactory.Conclusion Intermaxillary traction and rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplates are ideal measures for treatment of mandible fractures.更多还原
