【摘要】 目的探讨乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)的相关性以及前S1抗原检测的临床意义。方法检测381例乙肝患者前S1抗原和HBV-DNA定量。结果132例乙肝表面抗原(HBeAg)阳性患者血清中前S1抗原阳性率89.4%,HBV-DNA阳性率91.7%;218例乙肝e抗体(抗-HBe)阳性患者血清中前S1抗原阳性率30.7%,HBV-DNA阳性率27.1%;31例HBeAg和抗-HBe均为阴性,乙肝患者中前S1抗原阳性率38.7%,HBV-DNA阳性率41.9%。前S1抗原与HBV-DNA符合率为92.4%。结论前S1抗原与HBV-DNA符合率较高,可以作为乙肝病毒感染复制的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of HBV Pre-S1 antigen and correlation with HBV-DNA.Methods For the 381 cases with hepatitis B virus infection,measure HBV Pre-S1 antigen with ELISA and HBV-DNA quantitative with PCR.Results The positive rate of HBV Pre-S1 antigen was 89.4% and HBV-DNA was 91.7% in 132 cases with HbeAg positive.The positive rate of HBV Pre-S1 antigen was30.7% and HBV-DNA was27.1% in 218 cases with anti-Hbe positive.The positive rate of HBV Pre-S1 antigen was38.7% and HBV-DNA was 41.9% in 31 Cases with HbeAg and anti-Hbe were negative.The coincident rate was 92.4% between Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA.Conclusion Bewtten of Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA was highly matched.It can be used as valuable index for hepatitis B virus infection and replication.更多还原
