【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素抵抗与冠心病的相关性。方法通过测定无糖尿病病史的冠心病患者空腹胰岛素和空腹血糖计算出胰岛素敏感性。结果急性心肌梗死(AMI)及不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者与对照组比较,胰岛素敏感性明显下降,空腹胰岛素水平明显升高;而稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者与对照组比较,胰岛素敏感性及空腹胰岛素水平与对照组比较差异无显著性;AMI组较SA组的胰岛素敏感性有显著降低。结论胰岛素抵抗可能是冠心病的基础,在冠心病的预防与治疗中不仅要对症治疗,更重要的是采取降低胰岛素抵抗等综合治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism of insulin resistance (IR) with coronary heart disease (CHD) by the relationship study between IR and CHD. Methods Calculating insulin sensitivity by determining CHD patients’FBG and FINS,who never had diabetes. And we investigated the relationship between IR and CHD by angiography.Results Comparing AMI and UA groups with NC group, we found that insulin sensitivity decreased and FINS increased obviously. But that of SA group did not change significantly comparing with NC group. Insulin sensitivity of AMI group decreased significantly comparing with SA group.Conclusion Insulin resistance may be the basis for CHD, we should not only treat syndromes but also reduce the level of IR.更多还原
