【摘要】 目的探讨米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法米非司酮组44例,米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤组45例。结果两者保守治疗宫外孕成功率有显著差异(P<0.01)。米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤组血中β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)下降速度大于米非司酮组(P<0.01)。结论推荐使用米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤进行宫外孕保守治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of mifepristone combined with methotrexate for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods There were 44 cases in group of mifepristone and 45 cases in group of mifepristone combined with methotrexate.Results There was significant difference in successful rate of conservative treatment between these two groups(P<0.01).Serum level of β-HCG declined speedily in patients of group of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and it was faster than that of patients in group of mifepristone(P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested to use mifepristone combined with methotrexate for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
