【摘要】 目的评价银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组40例,予以常规治疗,包括吸氧,硝酸酯类药物,β受体阻滞剂,钙拮抗剂,抗血小板制剂。治疗组40例,常规治疗外加银杏达莫注射液,每日30ml,连用14d为1疗程。结果治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组80%。两者比较差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。心电图的改变治疗组总有效率为77.5%,较对照组55.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of ginkgo-dipyridamole injection for unstable angina.Methods Eighty cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in control group were treated by regular treatment including inhaling oxygen,oral administration of mononitrate ester,β-blocker or calcium antagonist and anti-platelet drugs,and patients in treatment group were treated by regular therapy plus intravenous infusion of gingko-dipyridamole for a course of 14 days.Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 95% and 80% respectively.The rates of ECG improvement in treatment group and control group were 77.5% and 55.0% respectively.Conclusion Gingko-dipyridamole possesses definite curative effect in treatment of unstable angina.更多还原
