基于单片机的半导体激光器恒流源设计
Design of Constant Current Source of Semiconductor Laser Based on Single-chip Microcomputer
【摘要】 介绍了采用集成运放反馈型结构的恒流驱动源设计,用于确保半导体激光器功率输出恒定。基于单片机的控制系统实现电流控制精度为0.1mA;采用大功率达林顿管作为调整管,输出电流连续可调整范围较大,该电源还具有限流保护、延时软启动等功能。
【Abstract】 Design of the integrated operational amplifier feedback constant current power,which can provide constant power output in semiconductor laser,is introduced in this paper.The precision of output current controlled by the system with the core of single-chip microcomputer is 0.1mA.We use a high power transistor as the current control device;the output current can be adjusted in wide range.Besides,the constant current source circuit has protective and slow start function.
