【摘要】 目的:建立石家庄地区正常青少年McNamara分析法的正常值。方法:选取年龄11~13岁石家庄地区正常青少年62名,摄X线头颅侧位定位片进行McNamara分析,并与上海和成都地区McNamara分析法的正常值进行比较。结果:石家庄青少年男性的有效上颌长度、有效下颌长度、前下面高大于女性,石家庄青少年的有效上颌长度、有效下颌长度、前下面高大于上海和成都青少年,而上颌突度较小。结论:得出石家庄地区正常青少年McNamara分析法的正常值范围及正常颅颌线距特征;McNamara分析法以线距测量为主,具有充分的可比性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the norms of McNamara analysis for Shijiazhuang adolescents with that of normal occlusion by using McNamara analysis. Methods: McNamara analysis was conducted on the basis of the laterial cephalograms from 62 11-to 13-year-old Shijiazhuang adolescents with normal occlusion and the obtained data were compared with those of Shanghai and Chengdu.Results: In Shijiazhuang adolescents group, the effective maxillary length, the effective mandibular length,the anterior facial height were larger in male than that in female. The effective maxillary length, the effective mandibular length,the anterior facial height were larger in Shijiazhuang than those in Shanghai and Chengdu,while the Nasion perpendicular to point A was smaller. Conclusion: The normal range and the craniofacial linear characteristic of Shijiazhuang adolescents with normal occlusion were obtained with McNamara analysis. The linear parameters of McNamara analysis are comparable.更多还原
