【Abstract】 The main castoff in wine industry,grape seed,has not been utilized effectively,which causes economic losses and environmental pollution.The development and exploitation status of grape seed were summarized in this paper.The crucial products in grape seed in need of exploitation are grape seed oil,proanthocyanidin,tannin and protein.The grape seed cake can be used as fertilizer,feedstuff,detergent and active carbon of high quality.Extracting and applying these effective substances can largely enhance the integrative utilization level of grape seed.更多还原
