地下水中铁锰对氮转化影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的了解氮在地下水的转化规律,进一步控制氮素污染.方法运用氮在地下水中的转化理论,根据研究区地下水环境特点,进行了一组静态对比实验.实验采用被研究区的岩土培养并筛选出纯化的铁锰细菌、亚硝化细菌、硝化细菌和反硝化细菌进行地下水环境氮转化的实验研究.结果结果表明高含量锰和铁锰的水样中发生了硝酸盐还原作用使NO3--N向NH4+-N转化,而高铁含量的水样中发生的硝酸盐还原作用较弱;低铁含量的水样中发生了硝化作用使NH4+-N向NO3--N转化,而低含量锰和铁锰的水样中几乎没有发生硝化作用.结论低含量的铁对硝化有促进作用,高含量的铁对硝化作用有抑制作用;锰和铁锰共存对氮转化的影响是相似的,对硝化过程有抑制作用.

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence to nitrogen transformation in the shallow phreatic aquifer of the manganese and iron contents in the phreatic aquifer of Quarternary loose stratum of Hun River basin.According to the characteristic of underground water environment in the zone we studied,we carried through a series of static parallel experiment.We cultivated iron bacteria,manganese bacteria,sub-nitrobacteria,nitrobacteria,denitrifying bacteria with rock in the zone we studied to carry on the research on nitrogen transformation in underground water environment.The result proved that high content of manganese and iron manganese made NO 3——N transformed into NH 4 +-N by nitrate reduction.The nitrate reduction in sample with low content of iron is not obvious.Low content of iron in sample made NH 4 +-N transformed into NO 3——N by nitrification,the sample with low content of iron and iron-manganese almost have no nitrification.Low content of iron promoted nitrification,high content of iron restrained nitrification.The effect of manganese,iron and manganese on nitrogen transformation is similar,for they both restrain nitrating process.
