车辆超载对沥青路面结构的影响分析
Analysis of the Effect of Overloaded Truck on Asphalt Pavement
【摘要】 目的研究了汽车超载对半刚性基层沥青路面结构的影响规律,为沥青路面设计与施工提供参考依据.方法利用现行规范规定的计算方法对3种典型路面结构在不同超载率的情况下进行分析.结果路面超载100%时,高速公路、一级公路、二级公路三种路面结构只能使用大约475 d、511 d、365 d;当土基模量从20 MPa增加到80 MPa时,3种公路基层的层底拉应力平均降低了18%,底基层的层底拉应力平均降低了43%;轴载由100 kN增加到200 kN时,底基层的层底拉应力增加近1倍,底基层的厚度增加了31 cm,大约为标准轴载作用下基层厚度的1.5倍.结论数值计算表明随着超载率的增加,标准轴次换算系数明显增加;车辆超载使累计标准轴次大大增加,导致路面使用寿命明显缩短;随着土基模量值的加大,结构层层底拉应力值逐渐减小;要使重载作用下路面结构的使用寿命达到标准轴载作用下的使用寿命,应该增加路面结构层的厚度.
【Abstract】 In order to provide reference for the design and construction of asphalt pavement,the rules of overload trucks on the semi-rigid structure of asphalt pavement were studied.We make use of the norm to analyse three kinds of typical structure under the condition of different overloading rate.Numerical calculation indicates that with the overloading rate of increase in the standard axle conversion factor clearly increased vehicle overloading axis so that the cumulative standards axes greatly increased,leading to significantly shorten the life span;With Modulus of the soil base increased,stress on the bottom of base gradually decreases;heavy-road pavement to make the life span of the structure up to standard axle load pavement,we should increase the thickness of the pavement structure.
