SemihexTM接法单相电动机能耗制动的仿真研究

【摘要】 对sem ihexTM接法的三绕组单相电容电动机的能耗制动进行了初步探索,对提出的3种接线方式进行了仿真研究。建立了Sem ihexTM接法三绕组单相电容电动机直流制动时在静止d-q坐标系下的瞬态数学模型,编写计算机仿真程序;通过实例,对电动机带通风机负载时在所提出的接线方式下的能耗制动的瞬态过程进行了仿真计算,给出了仿真的瞬态特性曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析。仿真结果表明:Sem i-hexTM接法三绕组单相电容电动机带通风机负载时可以进行能耗制动,实现快速停车;通过改变直流电源电压的数值可以调节制动停车的时间;能耗制动可以实现准确停车。

【Abstract】 This paper proceeds the first step investigation for energy consumption braking and of three-winding single phase capacitance motors with SemihexTM-connected,and the simulation of the proposed three kinds of line connecting method is also investigated.The mathematics models of three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with the SemihexTM-connected in stationary d-q coordinate frame have been established to get the transient characteristics.MATLAB language is used to develop the computer simulation program.The program is applied to emulate energy consumption braking transient process of three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with SemihexTM-connected drive ventilated machine load through example.Samulation results are also analyzed here.The results of simulation show that three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with SemihexTM-connected drive ventilated machine load can arry out energy consumption braking to realize fast stopping.The capacitance number of changes can regulate system braking stopping time.The energy consumption braking system can realize accurate stopping.
