基于IMC-PID的釜式反应器控制系统综合教学实验的设计

【摘要】 基于系统仿真平台MPCE-1000设计了聚丙烯连续聚合反应CSTR的IMC-PID控制仿真实验系统。在该实验中,首先按照实际工艺流程对实验设备进行相应的连接,接着进行控制方案设计与组态,然后运行控制方案并且进行调试,最后叙述实验步骤,并且对控制方案进行比较与评价。该实验通过简单直观的方法,让学生们了解和掌握如何对一个工业实际系统进行系统辨识,以及通过辨识出的数学模型设计IMC-PID控制器,以便取得更好的控制效果。

【Abstract】 A developed control simulating experiment system for the continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR),which is based on IMC-PID controller and multifunction process and control system(MPCE) is presented.In this experiment,firstly,the corresponding connection of the laboratory apparatus is accomplished according to the practical technological process,then the control scheme design and configuration is put up,running and debugging the control scheme is the third process,and in the end,the experiment steps are discussed,and the control scheme is compared and evaluated.This experiment is a much easier and more directly way of method,it can let the students understand and master how to identify an actual industry process,and based on the identified method design a IMC-PID controller can achieve better control performance.
