【Abstract】 The paper briefly introduces the construction requirement of the metering guarantee system in Russia industrial projects,and the construction of metering guarantee system of crude oil and petroleum measurement as well as the establishment and revision of relevant standards.Based on the above,a few ideas about the metering guarantee system of crude oil and petroleum measurement in Russia are presented,thus taking an important role in doing contrastive study of crude oil and petroleum measurement system between Russia and China.更多还原
