DQ法分析一般支承输流管道的固有特性

【摘要】 采用微分求积法研究两端受线弹簧支承和扭转弹簧约束的一般支承输流管道的固有特性.根据微分求积法的模拟方程具体分析弹性支承刚度、质量比、流体压力和流速,管道黏弹性系数和管截面轴向力等主要参数对管道固有特性的影响.数值仿真结果表明,在一定支承刚度范围内,管道固有频率随弹性支承刚度、管截面轴向拉力的增加而增大,随流体流速、管道黏弹性系数、流体压力和管截面轴向压力的增加而下降.两端弹性支承可以根据管道的支承刚度仿真管道实际支承情况,计算结果比较接近工程实际.

【Abstract】 The characteristics of fluid conveying pipe with both ends supported elastically was investigated using the differential quadrature method(DQM).The effect of supporting elastic coefficient,mass ratio,fluid pressure and flowrate,viscous-elastic coefficient and axial force of pipe section on natural characteristics was calculated and analyzed based on the simulation equation of DQM.The numerical results show that the natural frequency is proportional to elastic supporting coefficient and axial pressed force of pipe section,but is proportional conversely to fluid flowrate,Kelvin-Voigt viscous-elastic coefficient,fluid pressure and axial drawn force of pipe section.Elastic supporting on two ends can simulate real supporting condition according to its elastic coefficient of pipe supports.Basis on the method introducing in the article,the numerical results are more reasonable for engineering analysis.
