六苯基环三硅氮烷与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶共混物力学性能的研究
Study on Mechanical Properties of Hexaphenyl Cyclotrisilazane and Methyl Vinyl Silicone Rubber Mixture
【摘要】 将六苯基环三硅氮烷与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶按照不同配比共混得到混炼胶,测定老化前后混炼胶的力学性能.对比不同配比混炼胶的力学性能,结果发现:六苯基环三硅氮烷的加入能有效提高硅橡胶的硬度、抗拉强度和断裂强度,其中尤以白炭黑为35份、六苯基环三硅氮烷为10份时改善硅橡胶的性能效果更明显.
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of gross rubber before and after aging were detected when mixed hexaphenyl cyclotrisilazane with methyl vinyl silicone rubber in different ratio.In this paper,mechanical properties of these gross rubbers were compared.It was found that hexaphenyl cyclotrisilazane could enhance the hardness,tensile strength and breaking tenacity effectively.The properties of methyl vinyl silicone rubber were improved obviously when silica is 35 parts and hexaphenyl cyclotrisilazane is 10 parts.
