纳米ZnO/Al2O3复合氧化物的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation and Photocatalytic Performance of Nanometer ZnO/Al2O3 Composite Oxide
【摘要】 以ZnCl2、Al2O3和Na2CO3为主要原料,采用沉积沉淀法制得纳米ZnO/Al2O3光催化剂.通过考察ZnO的担载量和焙烧时间对所得ZnO/Al2O3用于光催化降解染料ZBF性能的影响,得出ZnO的担载量为23.1%,于400℃下焙烧5 h所得ZnO/Al2O3的光催化性能较好.紫外光照射2 h,染料的脱色效率为93.85%,而在相同条件下,以ZnO为光催化剂时,染料的脱色效率仅为60.98%.ZnO/Al2O3重复使用5次后,染料的脱色效率仍高达92.96%.
【Abstract】 Using ZnCl2,Al2O3 and Na2CO3 as raw materials,ZnO/Al2O3 composite oxide was prepared by deposition-precipitation method.The effects of the reaction time and the ZnO loading amount in ZnO/Al2O3 on their decoloration performance of ZBF under ultraviolet were investigated.The results showed that the proper ZnO loading amount was 23.1 %,roasting temperature was 400 ℃,roasting time was 5 h.After ultraviolet light irradiation 2 h,the decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 93.85 %.However,the decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 60.98 % using ZnO as a photocatalyst under the same condition.The decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 92.96 % after the ZnO/Al2O3 was reused 5 times.
