固定床生物反应器中氧化亚铁硫杆菌氧化Fe2+的研究
Oxidation of Fe2+ by Immobilized Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in Packed Bed Bioreactor
【摘要】 采用聚氨酯软性填料(H-2载体)固定氧化亚铁硫杆菌,建立了固定床生物反应器,用于将Fe2+氧化为Fe3+。考察了空气流量、液体流量对Fe2+氧化速率和转化率的影响,并利用响应面法进行了优化。实验结果表明,在pH=1.5、温度30℃、空气流量160L/h、液体流量0.3L/h的条件下,Fe2+转化率是95%,氧化速率是6.2g/(L.h);在pH=1.5、温度30℃的条件下,单个氧化亚铁硫杆菌的氧化能力为4.45×10-12g/h,固定化后的H-2载体吸附的菌体数量为1.6×1010个/g。利用先碱洗后酸洗的方法可去除固定床生物反应器中吸附的黄钾铁矾沉淀。
【Abstract】 An packed bed bioreactor for removing hydrogen sulfide from oil refinery was constructed by immobilizing Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(T.f) on polyurethane foam H-2 as carrier.Effects of air flow rate and liquid flow rate on Fe2+ oxidation rate and Fe2+ conversion were investigated.Response surface method was used to optimize the technology.Under optimum conditions:air flow rate 160 L/h,liquid flow rate 0.3 L/h,30 ℃ and pH 1.5,95% of Fe2+ can be oxidized and Fe2+ oxidation rate is 6.2 g/(L·h).When bed temperature is at 30 ℃ and pH is 1.5,oxidation ability of single T.f is 4.45×10-12 g/h and the amount of T.f that adsorbed on H-2 carrier is 1.6×1010/g carrier.The method removing precipitation(jarosite) in packed bed bioreactor by washing with alkali and then with acid was also studied.
