带折边固定阀结构对塔板效率的影响

【摘要】 在直径为600mm的不锈钢塔内,以正庚烷-环己烷为物系,在常压全回流条件下,研究了阀高、阀宽对带折边固定阀塔板塔板效率的影响,并与筛孔塔板和F1型浮阀塔板的塔板效率进行了对比。实验结果表明,带折边固定阀塔板的塔板效率比筛孔塔板高10%以上;在中高负荷的情况下,带折边固定阀塔板的塔板效率与F1型浮阀塔板相当;在中高负荷的情况下,阀高为9.5mm的带折边固定阀塔板的塔板效率高于阀高为6.5mm的带折边固定阀塔板,阀宽为20mm的带折边固定阀塔板的塔板效率高于阀宽为15mm的带折边固定阀塔板。

【Abstract】 Experiments for tray efficiency were undertaken in a stainless steel column with 600 mm inner diameter with n-heptane-cyclohexane system at total reflux under atmospheric pressure.Effects of valve height and valve width on tray efficiency of fixed valve tray with folding side edge were studied.Tray efficiency of sieve tray and F1 valve tray were also studied by comparison.Tray efficiency of fixed valve tray with folding side edge is 10% higher than that of sieve tray,and similar to F1 valve tray at medium or high feed charging.Tray efficiency of fixed valve tray with 9.5 mm valve height is better than that of fixed valve with 6.5 mm valve height at medium or hight feed charging.Tray efficiency of fixed valve tray with 20 mm valve width is also higher than that with 15 mm valve width.
