电磁铁线圈电感对混合磁悬浮系统快速性的影响
Influence of electromagnet inductance on rapidity of hybrid magnetic suspension system
【摘要】 针对磁悬浮系统中常采用的电磁、永磁混合磁悬浮系统的阶跃响应性能和能量损耗情况进行了探讨,建立了混合磁悬浮系统的数学模型和计算机仿真模型,就磁悬浮系统的3组不同参数进行了计算机仿真,得到了3组仿真曲线.仿真结果表明,电磁铁的匝数对系统阶跃响应和能耗有很大影响.电磁铁电感量对系统性能的影响为:增大电感量将导致系统响应速度变慢,能耗增加;减小电感量,响应速度变快,能耗减少.应用中应尽量选择小电感量的电磁铁.
【Abstract】 Hybrid magnetic suspension system is often utilized in a magnetic suspension system.The step response performances and energy consumption of this system were discussed.The mathematical model and simulation model were built.Three groups of simulation curves were obtained based on three different groups of parameters and simulation models.It is proved that the number of electromagnet turns has significant influence on step response and energy consumption.It is concluded that step response speed slows down and energy consumption increases if the inductance of the electromagnet increases.It is preferable to adopt electromagnets with smaller inductance.
