【Abstract】 With the development of oil and natural gas industry, X80 pipe steel will be more and more applied to oil and gas pipeline construction. The metal powder flux cored wire is one of perfect welding materials. Chengdu Xionggu Electrical Co. has developed DSA-500 digital pulse MIG/MAG welding machine suitable for metal powder flux cored wire welding. This welding machine has direct current and pulse MIG/MAG welding capabilities, applies software switch inversion technique and realizes droplet transfer and whole set digitizing control. This paper illustrates the principle, main circuit structure, control system and main welding functions of the welding machine.更多还原
