【摘要】 目的探讨结肠气钡双重造影(DCBE)、结肠镜及螺旋CT在结肠疾病检查中的价值。方法回顾性分析325例结肠疾病的DCBE、结肠镜及螺旋CT检查结果,并对3种检查方法的病变检出率及定位诊断准确性进行比较。结果325例结肠疾病中DCBE、结肠镜、螺旋CT的病变检出率分别为91.1%、89.8%、64.6%,DCBE和结肠镜检出率之间无统计学差异,但前二者明显高于CT(P<0.05);对1cm以下的病灶检出率DCBE、结肠镜分别为48.1%、85.7%,结肠镜明显高于DCBE(P<0.05);3种检查对结肠病变定位的准确性DCBE、CT要高于结肠镜。结论DCBE是结肠疾病筛选的重要方法,结肠镜是结肠疾病定性诊断的可靠依据,CT扫描检查对结肠疾病尤其是结肠肿瘤的术前分期有很大价值,是结肠气钡双重造影和结肠镜的重要补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of double contrast barium enema(DCBE),colonoscopy and spiral CT in examination of colonic disease.Methods 325 cases with colonic disease underwent DCBE,colonoscope and CT examinations.The detecting rates and the accurate rates in localizing the lesions were compared among these three examinations.Results The detecting rate of lesions by DCBE,colonoscope and CT were 91.1,89.8 and 64.6,respectively,there was no statistical difference between the former two,but there was difference between the former and CT(P<0.05).For the focus less than 1 cm,the detecting rates of DCBE and colonoscopy were 48.1 and 85.7,respectively,colonoscopy was obviously better than DCBE(P<0.05).DCBE and CT were better than colonoscopy in localizing the lesions.Conclusion For colonic disease,DCBE is the important screening method,colonoscope is remarkable in qualitative diagnosis,and CT is the significant supplement,because of its value in preoperative staging lesions especially for tumor.更多还原
