【摘要】 目的探讨镰状韧带所致肝脏伪影的发生率与肝功能的联系。方法研究包括150例MR扫描上腹部病例,病例以Ch ild-Pugh分级法分为2组:组I,肝功能正常和A级98例;组II,B级和C级52例。对组I与组II内所发现的镰状韧带所致伪影进行统计学分析。结果组I伪影数为31例(31.63%),组II未发现伪影。组I伪影的发生率明显高于组II,二者间有统计学意义。结论在MR增强扫描图像上,肝功能良好者的肝脏内,镰状韧带所致伪影发生率明显高于肝功能受损者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine whether the incidence of pseudolesions of the liver caused by falciform ligament was correlated with liver function.Methods MRI of 150 consecutive cases were evaluated for the presence of pseudolesions caused by ligament compression.All cases were divided into two groups according to the Child-Pugh classification of liver function: Group I-normal liver function and Grade A(98 cases);Group II-Grades B and C(52 cases).Results The incidence of pseudolesions was 31.63% in groups I and no artifacts in Group II.The incidence of pseudolesions was significantly higher in Group I compared with those in Group II.Conclusion The artifacts in the liver caused by falciform compression on MR contrast-enhanced scan images may be seen more frequently in the patients with well liver function than in those with impaired function.更多还原
