【摘要】 目的观察侧切口在小切口白内障囊外摘除术中吸除皮质的效果。方法2007年9月23日至10月25日手术的白内障患者28例31眼,行常规的小切口白内障摘除手术,术中利用侧切口吸除皮质,效果良好。结果28例31眼中1眼玻璃体脱出,且系撕囊过小,旋核时引起悬韧带断裂引起。其余30眼均通过主切口和侧切口完成皮质吸除,并且在利用侧切口吸除皮质过程中前房及囊袋充盈良好,其充盈程度明显好于通过主切口的操作,术中观察皮质吸除基本干净,且后囊膜完整无破裂。术后第一天30眼散瞳后裂隙灯观察均无晶状体皮质残留。结论侧切口吸除皮质安全有效,值得在基层医院临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Aim To observe the effects of side temporal incision in small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Methods 28 cases (31 eyes) underwent small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction from Sep 23 to Oct 25, 2007. Side temporal incision was used in surgery to aspirate the cortex of lens. Results 1 eye’s vitreous was ruptured in surgery. Cortex of lens in 30 eyes was aspirated by side and sclera incision. The effects of using both incisions was better than using only sclera incision. One day after operation, no cortex of lens were observed in all cases. Conclusion Aspiration using side incision is safe and effective.更多还原
