焦化蜡油悬浮床加氢裂化反应
Slurry-bed hydrocracking of coking VGO
【摘要】 以大庆焦化蜡油为原料,在高压釜中进行悬浮床加氢反应,并对反应后产物进行常减压蒸馏,切割馏分范围为IBP~180℃,180~350℃,350~500℃及大于500℃。考察原料油在不同的反应条件下加氢裂化反应产物分布和生焦情况。结果表明,悬浮床加氢裂化工艺适合加工焦化蜡油;随着催化剂加入量的增大,反应向降低柴汽比的方向进行;在反应温度为440℃时,反应中没有甲苯不溶物出现;反应温度为450℃时,反应产物中出现了甲苯不溶物,甲苯不溶物的含量随着催化剂加入量的增大而减小;随着氢初压的增加,反应向有利于柴汽比增加的方向进行。
【Abstract】 The coking vacuum gas oil(VGO) from Daqing refinery was hydrocracked in a batch autocalve in the presence of an oil-soluble catalyst.The reaction products were dealed with atmospheric and vacuum distillation,and the ranges of fraction cutting are IBP-180 ℃,180-350 ℃,350-500 ℃ and greater than 500 ℃.The products distribution and coking of hydrocracking of Daqing coking VGO under different reaction conditions were studied.The results show that the slurry-bed hydrocracking technology is suitable to process coking VGO.Reaction gradually turns to low diesel-gasoline ratio with catalyst concentration increasing.There is no toluene insoluble existence in products when the reaction temperature is 440 ℃.The toluene insoluble appeares when the reaction temperature is 450 ℃,which decreases gradually with catalyst concentration increasing.With initial hydrogen pressure increasing,the diesel-gasoline ratio increases gradually.
