有机钼作为摩擦改进剂的应用

【摘要】 油溶性有机钼作为摩擦改进剂具有优良的减摩和抗磨性能,保证了机械部件在各种苛刻条件下安全稳定的运转,其作用机理是添加剂在摩擦作用下,在摩擦表面热分解形成了MoS2为主的摩擦表面保护膜,从而大幅度地提高了摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能并延长其服役寿命.回顾了有机钼的发展历史,介绍了摩擦学研究现状,同时展望了油溶性有机钼作为润滑油添加剂的应用前景.

【Abstract】 As friction modifier,oil soluble organic molybdenum has excellent properties of wear resistance and friction reducing,which insures the safety and reliable operation.It’s generally accepted that friction reduction is brought about by formation of MoS2 through the adsorption of organic molybdenum onto the rubbing surfaces and its subsequent decomposition.Oil soluble organic molybdenum has been used to minimize wear,improve efficiency,and hence prolong the life of engine.This paper reviews tribological history of organic molybdenum and anticipation organic molybdenum would find wider application.
