【Abstract】 A new method for managing network congestion is introduced,which is based on buffer management.According to the supervision of both the variety of network status and client buffer estate,as well as dynamical adjusting the transmitting speed of sever-end,this method can improve the quality of service(QoS) in certain range.The results show that this method can perform well under network transmission of streaming media.更多还原
