基于虚拟仪器的流体参量集成测试系统研究

【摘要】 为了实现对众多流体参量的自动测量,根据虚拟仪器设计思想,并结合虚拟仪器的最新发展方向,设计实现了基于虚拟仪器的流体参量集成测试系统,系统包括对流体温度、压力、流量的测试。此集成测试系统的成功设计说明测试任务的深度集成是可行的,也对众多测试任务的联合数学建模提供了参考性。实验表明,该集成测试系统性能稳定、操作简单、功能强大、成本低,具有十分广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to measure the liquid parameter automatically,an integrative measurement system of Liquid Parameter based on virtual instrument was designed and implemented according to the design principle and up-to-the-minute development of virtual instrument.The system includes the functions of temperature measurement,pressure measurement and flux measurement of liquid.The successful design of this integrative measurement system illuminates that the deep integration of measurement task is feasible,and provides reference to associated mathematic modeling of multitudinous measurement task.The results show that the system has several advantages as following: steady performance,convenient operation,powerful functions and low cost.It will have very bright foreground application.
