【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌组织中胸苷酸合成酶(TS)的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色的方法(S-P法)检测了48例胃癌组织中TS基因表达情况,并用SPSS10.0统计软件分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果48例胃癌组织中TS基因表达的阳性率为52.1%(25/48);TS的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移与否及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中TS表达水平可能是胃癌患者1个重要的预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the expression of thymidylate synthase and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters in advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods Expression.of thymidylate synthase was detected by immunohistochemistry(S-P method) in 48 gastric carcinoma tissues.Its relationship with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed by SPSS10.0 statistical software.Results The positive rate of thymidylate synthase expression was 52.1%(25/48).TS expression was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of TS may be one of the important prognostic factors for gastric cancer.更多还原
